Our Story
After nearly two decades in corporate and private sector communications and public affairs, our founder, Erin Schmidt, noticed a gap. Too many organizations doing meaningful, mission-driven work lacked the resources or expertise to tell their stories clearly and powerfully. Lilypad Strategies was created to close that gap—bringing the same level of strategic rigor that Fortune 500s expect, but tailored for nonprofits, foundations, and purpose-driven companies.
